Prices

The rates are about apartment per night.
Stay from saturday to saturday obligatory on C, D, E, F, G and H period.
Minimum stay of 4 days on A and B period.

EXTRA COSTS
Final cleaning-up per apartment included on the price (except kitchen cleaning-up, what it has to be done by the guests, who would have to pay 15 euro if its not done).
It is also included on the price water, gas, electric energy, a/c, towels and bed-clothing, but the guests can ask for a change paying 7 euro for new towels and 10 euro per new bed-clothing.
A caution of 100 euro would be paid, refundable on the check-out time.
It is also possible to rent a cradle per 30 euro/week, there is no extra cost if it is brought by the guest. But it is necessary to ask in the booking time.
Small pets are permitted, rated with 30 euro because of the disinfection.
